About Industry 4.0 Science

Industry 4.0 Science is the most important scientific journal for all developments surrounding Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 in German-speaking countries. We offer scientists and experts from various industries a platform to publish and share their research with our growing community. Since 2024, Industry 4.0 Science has been published in print and online in both English and German, thus promoting scientific exchange between Germany and the world.

With a focus on industrial business processes, the target group primarily includes scientists and decision-makers who are active in industry, which is why many contributions have a strong practical focus. The core of the editorial process is the peer review, which includes a total of two scientific reviews and an editorial evaluation. The overall grade determines publication.
